7100 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions that govern use of the 7100 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read them carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all terms stated below.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the 7100 website and services, you hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To register and use 7100's services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority under applicable Malaysian law
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be an individual who has previously been banned or suspended from this platform
- Register using your own personal details and not on behalf of anyone else

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to register one account on the 7100 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
You are fully responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login details confidential
- All activity that takes place under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party
- Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation
- Keep your personal information accurate and up to date at all times
7100 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your own account secure.
Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 7100 platform are prohibited from doing the following:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other method to access the platform without authorisation
- Attempting to defraud, manipulate or interfere with the platform's systems in any way
- Sharing your account with any other party or allowing others to use your account
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Distributing unlawful, threatening, defamatory or offensive content through the platform
- Using a false identity or misleading information during registration or while using the platform
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 7100 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the 7100 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are personally owned by them.
Regarding the deposit and withdrawal process:
- Successful deposits credited to your account will be confirmed within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method
- Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, which may be required prior to approval
- The account holder name on your bank account must match the registered account holder name on the platform
- 7100 reserves the right to hold or decline any transaction suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity
- Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are the user's responsibility
The platform is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 7100 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from errors or fully secure against cyber threats.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 7100 shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, data or business opportunities arising from use of the platform
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from service disruptions
- Actions or omissions by third parties that have links to our platform
Account suspension and closure policy: 7100 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by a competent authority. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a breach may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, designs, logos, branding, text, graphics and software on the 7100 platform are the exclusive property of 7100 or its respective licensors. This content is protected under Malaysian copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users are prohibited from:
- Copying, reproducing or distributing any platform content without prior written permission
- Using the 7100 brand name, logo, or trademarks for commercial purposes without prior approval
- Bulk downloading or exporting of platform content
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 7100 does not control the content of those websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
7100 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
